Coaching Backed by Shot Data
Every clinic runs on Foresight Falcon simulators, the same launch monitor technology trusted by touring pros. Each swing produces data on carry distance, total distance, club speed, ball speed, launch angle and more, so the coach can show exactly what changed instead of guessing. Every lesson at the studio comes with:
- Video playback and analysis
- Drills to take to the range or the backyard
- A short-term and long-term game plan with goals
- A better understanding of your own game tendencies and fundamentals
What Happens in the Clinic
The coach works with the group on fundamentals that apply to every swing, then gives each player feedback based on what the simulator shows. Newer golfers learn grip, setup and contact; experienced players can dial in their distances, test every club in the bag or work on their short game. Because everyone sees the same numbers on the screen, the session turns into friendly competition: who hit it farthest, who made the biggest improvement, who stuck the closest approach.
Why It Works for Teams
Golf is a natural conversation starter, and a clinic removes the hardest parts of a day on the course: the tee times, the long walk and the pressure of playing in front of strangers. With a cap of 12 players, it fits neatly among team building activities for small groups such as a department, a leadership team or a client group. It is one of the more active team building activities for adults that still works for every fitness level, since there is no running, only swinging.
For companies, the format makes an easy entry in a list of corporate team building activities for small groups: one hour, a clear coach, and a shared skill everyone can practice afterward. It is also simply one of the most fun team building activities for adults for groups who want to learn something together, and the studio's data-driven coaching gives it the feel of real sports team building activities without needing a field or good weather.
Who Teaches
The studio's director of instruction is a Titleist Performance Institute certified instructor with more than 10 years of experience helping golfers of all skill levels improve their swing, strength and confidence. His teaching draws on the biomechanics and physics behind the golf swing, with a focus on building consistency, helping prevent injury and helping each player enjoy the game. The owner also teaches: a PGA Tour putting coach and former college All-American who brings a competitive edge and real-world experience to every lesson, with a focus on a more repeatable swing and playing with confidence. Guests regularly mention how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are.
About the Studio
This is Napa County's first indoor golf facility, a bright studio with multiple simulator bays, a putting area and a pro shop. Outside of clinics, golfers book bays for practice or to play renowned courses from around the world on the simulators, take private lessons, or join a monthly membership with simulator hours and member pricing on lessons. Because it is indoors, weather never cancels a clinic.
