What You Will Learn

Your instructor walks the group through the look step by step, with glowing skin as the foundation, and shows how to keep the result fresh and natural rather than heavy. Guests are encouraged to bring their basic makeup bag, including a favorite foundation, so the tips apply directly to their own routine. Many of the items used in class are also available to buy in the studio shop for anyone who wants to take a favorite home.

About Your Instructor and the Studio
Your instructor is a professional makeup artist and hairstylist and an esthetician who is a member of the makeup artists union. She has a formal fine art education with a degree in metalworking and continued her training in makeup and hair with many industry leaders. With more than twelve years as a professional makeup artist and hairstylist, she has a particular love for vintage makeup and hair looks and works across commercial, film and bridal projects.
Classes take place in her women-owned studio and shop in the Mission neighborhood of San Francisco, a space stocked with a curated selection of skincare, haircare, cosmetics and accessories. The studio favors green-friendly, natural and organic products when possible and is built on a value of complete inclusivity, so every guest is welcome exactly as they are.
