This entry-level beverage service brings a beautifully styled wood-and-greenery tap bar to the venue, transforming the cocktail hour into an experiential beverage moment without the cost or complexity of a full bar program.
The styled bar setup includes warm fairy lighting, hand-lettered chalkboard tap signage, lush eucalyptus and seasonal greenery on the bar canopy, and a polished marble-pattern back wall behind the taps. Each tap pours from a chilled keg system rated for craft beer, kegged wine, kegged signature cocktails, or non-alcoholic blends, with full overflow protection and a cleanup-included service window.
The package includes two hours of full beverage service from a single experienced tap attendant who pours from two simultaneous taps for the entire window. Tap options can be beer, wine, kegged signature cocktails, or non-alcoholic mocktail blends, curated during a complimentary one-hour pre-event beverage consultation so the menu reflects the host's brand, season, and palate. All eco-friendly twelve-ounce cups are provided, the rolling cooler is loaded with crushed ice from the team, and full setup and breakdown of the trailer and station is included with no separate labor charge.
This package is a dry-hire model. California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control rules prevent the team from purchasing alcohol on behalf of the client. The host buys the alcohol directly from a preferred Sonoma, Napa, or Marin vendor, and the beverage consultant will help curate the order, source kegs from preferred local vendors such as Conry Kegs and The Greg, and arrange pickup logistics at no extra cost. Half-barrel, quarter-barrel slim, and one-sixth barrel keg formats are all supported, with detailed how-to-pickup instructions sent two weeks before the event.

Service area: the first twenty miles from Santa Rosa (zip 95407) are included with no additional charge. Travel beyond twenty miles is billed at one dollar and fifty cents per mile, calculated round-trip. Service areas include all of Sonoma County, Napa County, and Marin County wine-country venues, ranches, barns, vineyards, estates, private residences, and approved corporate offsite locations.
Add-on extra hour: one hundred twenty dollars per additional hour, with a minimum of one hour and a maximum of three additional hours. Extra hour upgrades can be added any time up to two weeks before the event with no change fee.
Trailer footprint requirements: the styled tap bar requires a flat level surface, vehicle clearance for setup, and approximately eight to ten feet of customer queue space. The team confirms trailer placement and access during the venue walk-through call that is included with this package.
