This is a Bay Area elopement officiant package built for couples who want to step into marriage without the production. The ceremony runs about ten minutes - a vow-and-rings exchange across the East Bay (Pleasanton, Livermore, Dublin, San Ramon) or anywhere across San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Berkeley, and Marin that holds meaning for you. The officiant arrives early, opens with a warm few sentences, leads the vow and ring exchange, pronounces you married, and steps out of the frame so you can keep the day yours.
What the Ceremony Includes
The included flow is the traditional repeat-after-me vow exchange, the ring exchange, and the pronouncement. The marriage officiant signs your California marriage license at the ceremony and files it with the issuing county within ten days, so the paperwork is fully handled. If you are using a regular marriage license, a witness signature is required and you arrange the witness; a confidential marriage license requires no witness, only the two of you.
When This Package Fits
This is the right package for couples who want to be married without the production - courthouse-adjacent elopements, second-marriage ceremonies, immigration-timing ceremonies, surprise elopements with two friends as witnesses, or simply a quiet weekday morning before brunch. The package is available Monday through Wednesday only. For Thursday through Sunday or for ceremonies that need a longer script, the Basic Ceremony or Silver Package are better fits.
Ceremonies in Three Languages
The wedding officiant is fully trilingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish. Elopements that are bilingual or fully in Portuguese or Spanish are accommodated without an interpreter and without an additional fee for language. Few Bay Area bilingual wedding officiants can deliver the legal pronouncement in any of the three.
Inclusive and Non-Denominational
Ceremonies are non-denominational and structured to welcome all faiths, cultures, and family structures. LGBTQ+ couples are welcomed unreservedly by this lgbtq wedding officiant; the script is adjusted to match your pronouns, names, and family dynamic without anyone having to ask twice. Couples from a faith tradition who want a few lines from a meaningful text are welcome to share those passages.
A Note on Travel
Travel within a standard East Bay radius is built in. Elopements further out carry a mileage fee that is quoted before the date is held. Same-day add-ons such as a small PA system with a wireless lapel microphone are available so your vows are audible to your witness.

Travel within a standard East Bay radius is included; further-out ceremonies carry a transparent mileage fee. Rehearsals are an add-on at two hundred dollars per hour.
