Bilingual MC support is available for ceremonies that mix languages, traditions, or cultural moments.

House Rules

  • Booking requires a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to reserve the date. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
  • Final balance is due no later than one month prior to the event date.
  • One event per day per on-site DJ and MC team, so the team can focus on a single Bay Area wedding from ceremony through last dance.
  • Sterling tier covers six hours spanning ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. The team arrives at least sixty to ninety minutes before the contracted start to set up sound, dance-floor lighting, and the ceremony microphone.
  • A pre-event consultation is included so the couple can confirm playlists, the do-not-play list, MC pronunciations, and the run-of-show.
  • The Music Planning Dashboard is the source of truth for timeline, song selections, and ban-song requests. Any track on the do-not-play list will not be played during the event.
  • Indoor and outdoor weddings are supported. The venue or planner is asked to provide a stable, weatherproof staging area, access to standard 110V power within 50 feet of each speaker position, and 6 foot tables for the booth and ceremony sound when needed.
  • Backup sound equipment is on-site at every wedding at no additional charge. Liability insurance is carried for all events and a certificate of insurance can be provided to the venue on request.
  • Bilingual MC capability is available for ceremonies and receptions that mix languages.

Is the date and time available?
