How the Two Meetings Work
The first meeting is a long discovery conversation - sixty to ninety minutes - where the officiant learns how you met, the moments that defined your relationship, the small things you love about each other, the family members and friends who shaped who you are, and any cultural or faith traditions you want honored. From that conversation the officiant drafts a script that reads like your story narrated by someone who knows you. The second meeting is the script review and final pass - you read through it together, adjust any phrasing that does not feel right, and confirm the order of vows, ritual, readings, and pronouncement.
Audio, Handled
One of the most common complaints at outdoor weddings is that guests in the back rows could not hear the vows. The officiant brings a powered PA sound system sized for ceremonies up to two hundred guests, with a wireless lapel microphone clipped to the officiant and the option of a handheld for readers or any guest taking a participation moment. The On-Site Assistant

Travel within a standard East Bay radius is included; further-out ceremonies carry a transparent mileage fee. Rehearsals are an add-on at two hundred dollars per hour.
