What four hours actually covers
Four hours sits across the shape of a reception rather than one slice of it. Opened during cocktail hour it catches people while they are still in groups; kept open into the late night dance set it collects the loosest photographs. The booth typically opens at cocktail hour and closes after the cake cutting or the last dance.
Unlimited sessions, and what that means for a queue
Sessions are unlimited, so the constraint is the queue rather than an allowance. Nobody counts how many times a table has been through, so people come back with different groups across the night.
Sized for fifty to two hundred fifty guests
The package is built for weekend receptions in that guest range, and headcount matters more for a booth than for most rentals. At the lower end four hours is generous and the booth is rarely busy. At the upper end it is closer to fully occupied for the whole window, which is why the longer duration and the larger guest range are sold together. Below fifty guests, or for a weekday event, the shorter weekday tier is the more sensible spend.
Prints, and the album that follows
Printing happens on site, so guests walk away holding a photograph during the reception rather than waiting for a link. Two strips come out per session, and prints end up propped on tables and handed to the couple during the night. Every image also lands in an online album, hosted for a full year at no additional charge.
The custom print layout
The layout is designed for your wedding rather than pulled from a default template, carrying your monogram, your names, the date and the venue.
The attendant on site
An attendant works the booth for the full four hours. Consumables are handled without anyone hunting for the couple, the queue keeps moving, and first time users are shown what to do.
Add ons worth considering
The base booking is four hours, and additional hours extend the booth at a published hourly rate. Upgrades, quoted on inquiry, include a memory book where every guest signs their strip and writes a message, duplicate prints so the couple keeps a strip from every session, beauty filters, social sharing, picture to text message, and a green screen. Couples who want the green screen, deluxe props or a dimensional backdrop should ask about the deluxe tier instead.
Coverage and travel
Coverage runs out from Dublin across the East Bay and into San Francisco, San Jose, Marin and Wine Country venues. Travel within a standard East Bay radius is included; events further out carry a transparent mileage fee quoted up front, events must be in the immediate Bay Area, and San Francisco and Peninsula dates are quoted separately. The vendor works across many family traditions, welcomes LGBTQ couples without reservation, and delivers bilingually in Portuguese and Spanish at no surcharge.
Holding the date, changing it, and the cover behind it
Booking starts with your date, venue and approximate guest count. A short reply confirms availability and what your tier includes, then a signed agreement and deposit hold the date, and a planning questionnaire follows so monogram designs, color preferences, music and cultural touches are right on the day. One date change is accommodated subject to availability at no fee; later moves carry an administrative fee, and cancellations inside thirty days forfeit the booked amount. General liability insurance is carried.
Venue access and how the listed price is set
Adequate access is required at the venue: parking, a doorway of thirty six inches or wider, and a table or power within twenty five feet. Listed prices reflect events of one hundred guests or fewer during morning and daytime hours; evening events, or events with more than one hundred guests, are quoted at adjusted pricing on inquiry. Inquiries for Friday to Sunday weekend dates ideally arrive at least three to four months in advance, and weekday events often accommodate two to four weeks notice subject to availability. The guest range this package is sold against runs wider than that gate, so a reception above one hundred guests, or one running into the evening, is quoted rather than covered by the listed price.
