Vendor Rules:
Setup begins 1 hour before event start
No smoking indoors or near the trailer and equipment
Pets are not allowed at the workshop station
Music must stop by 9 PM if the workshop runs into evening hours
Keep noise levels respectful after 10 PM
No outside food or drinks at the craft station (to protect materials and finished pieces)
A clear, accessible area of at least 10x10 ft is needed for trailer setup and guest workstations
Standard household-outlet power access is appreciated but not required; the trailer is self-contained
Tufting guns and other tools are handled only by instructor-guided guests; no unsupervised use
