Setup and practical details: The trailer team begins setup 1 hour before the event start time. A clear, accessible area of at least 10x10 feet is needed for the trailer and guest workstations. The trailer is self-contained and does not require standard household-outlet power access, though it is appreciated if available. No smoking is allowed indoors or near the trailer and equipment. Pets are not permitted at the workshop station. To protect materials and finished pieces, no outside food or drinks are allowed at the craft station. If the workshop runs into evening hours, music must stop by 9 PM and noise levels must be kept respectful after 10 PM.
