Choosing the Appetizers
The three appetizer selections come from the kitchen's finger food menu, which includes the Samosa, Spring Roll, Spinach Club, Meat Dumpling, Potato Burek, Spinach Burek, Kotlet, Chicken Ball and Crispy Ham Roll (pork). One balanced trio is a vegetable bite such as the Spinach Club, a chicken bite such as the Chicken Ball and a beef bite such as the Kotlet.
Choosing the Main Dishes and Rice
Two main dishes and one rice dish form the center of the Classic buffet. Main dishes on the kitchen's menu include Ghormeh Sabzi, Fesenjan with Chicken, Zereshk Polo with Chicken, Albaloo Polo with Chicken and Beef Stroganoff with Rice, and rice dishes include Tahchin, Albalo Polo and Sabzi Polo with Beef. One simple pairing is Ghormeh Sabzi next to Zereshk Polo with Chicken, with Tahchin as the rice. Any item made with beef can be prepared with chicken instead.
Salads, Sides and Dessert
The two side selections come from the kitchen's side dish menu: Shirazi Salad, Seasonal Salad, Mast o Khiar, Mast o Moosir, Spinach Yogurt, Zeytoon Parvardeh, Torshi and Sabzi Khordan. The two desserts are dessert selections, such as Tres Leche, Tiramisu, Chocolate Mousse or Shole Zard.
How Many People Can Join?
The Classic buffet starts at 30 guests, and this listing accepts up to 500. Because the price is per person, the total follows the guest count while the menu keeps the same shape. Groups that want more choices in each course can look at the Signature tier from 50 guests, the Royal tier from 80 and the Grand tier from 100.
Good Fit For
- Team lunches and office gatherings that need corporate catering for 30 or more
- Conference days with a hot lunch buffet
- Networking evenings with a full Persian meal
- Team building days that end with a shared meal
- Birthday dinners and graduation parties at home
- Holiday parties for a smaller group
Delivery, Setup and Add-Ons
This is a drop-off order: the food arrives in trays, the host sets out the table, and cleanup is not included. With the buffet setup add-on, the team brings its own serving platters and displays and arranges the food. Servers are available by the hour. The tea and dessert station setup add-on sets up a tea and dessert station; confirm in your request what it includes. On-Site Kebab Grilling: kebabs grilled live at your event; note your guest count in the request so the kitchen can confirm what the grilling includes.
Where the Classic Buffet Happens
The kitchen delivers the Classic buffet from San Ramon to the host's home, office or chosen venue. For 30 guests, plan one long table or counter with room for all five courses side by side, and decide in advance who will set out the trays and clear the table afterward.
Lunch or Dinner
The Classic menu works for a midday lunch or an evening dinner. For a lunch, one lighter combination is Zereshk Polo with Chicken, Shirazi Salad and Mast o Khiar; for a dinner, a stew such as Fesenjan with Chicken sits well next to Tahchin.
Pork, Halal and Other Diets
Some items on this kitchen's menu contain ham (pork), including the Crispy Ham Roll and Ham Rata. If guests avoid pork or need halal food, note it in your request to book so the kitchen can confirm which dishes fit and how they are prepared. Note vegetarian guests and allergies in the same request; the salads, yogurt sides and vegetable appetizers give vegetarian guests choices.
How to Book
Pick a date and guest count on this page to see the price for your group, then send a request to book. List your dish choices for each course in the request, and the kitchen confirms the menu, including which dishes count toward each course.
