The Wedding Experience tier is a fully curated portable bar service designed for ceremonies and receptions across the San Francisco Bay Area. Couples planning weddings in Mountain View, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Los Altos, San Mateo, Burlingame, San Jose, Cupertino, Sunnyvale, Half Moon Bay, Sausalito, Tiburon, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, San Francisco, Sonoma, Napa, Carmel, and Monterey can book a structured wedding bar with certified, insured staffing, custom signature cocktail menu development, and a wedding-aesthetic bar setup that reads as part of the floral and design language rather than a separate vendor line item.
This pop-up bar package is built specifically for the wedding-day timeline. Service runs for up to four hours of active bartending service, with one and a half hours of setup and breakdown before and after that window. The team arrives early enough to dress the bar, place menu cards, prepare fresh mixers and hand-cut garnishes, and review the run-of-show with the planner so cocktail hour, the bridal-party entrance, toasts, dinner pacing, cake cutting, and reception send-off all land on cue. The lead bartender works in close coordination with the wedding planner, caterer, photographer, and venue coordinator so the bar serves the broader event design.
The drink program is custom-developed through a pre-event consultation that captures the couple's favorite flavors, family recipes, dietary considerations, seasonal availability, and the wedding palette. Signature cocktails are designed to match the event aesthetic, often paired with mocktail and non-alcoholic options that hold the same care and presentation as the spirit-forward drinks. Menu cards and printed bar signage coordinate with the wedding paper goods. A still water station and inclusive non-alcoholic selections keep sober-curious guests fully part of the toast moments.
The wedding bar staffing model uses a one-bartender-per-fifty-guest ratio, with additional bartenders added per fifty guests for higher-volume receptions. All staff are California RBS-certified and fully insured, with general liability and liquor liability coverage carried for every event. Certificates of insurance are issued to venues and planners upon request. Bartender attire is clean and professional and adjusts to match a black-tie evening, a daytime garden ceremony, or a casual backyard reception.
The bar itself is an upgraded wooden installation styled to complement florals, table linens, lighting, and the broader celebration design. Setup typically requires a clear footprint of approximately eight feet by six feet plus a standard outlet for service operations. Commercially compostable cups are included as the default service vessel; glassware can be added as an upgrade for ballroom, vineyard, or formal venues that call for stemware presentation. Bar takedown and equipment removal are fully handled by the team so the venue is returned to expected condition.
