An inquiry carrying your date, venue and approximate guest count opens the process, then a signed agreement and deposit hold the date. A planning questionnaire follows so the monogram design and color preferences are correct on the day. One date change is accommodated subject to availability with no additional fee, later moves carry an administrative fee, and cancellations inside thirty days of the event forfeit the booked amount.
Venue access and how the listed price is set
Adequate access is required at the venue: parking, a doorway of thirty six inches or wider, and a table or power within twenty five feet. Listed prices reflect events of one hundred guests or fewer during morning and daytime hours; evening events, or events with more than one hundred guests, are quoted at adjusted pricing on inquiry. Inquiries for Friday to Sunday weekend dates ideally arrive at least three to four months in advance, and weekday events often accommodate two to four weeks notice subject to availability.
