Switching between wet mode and dry mode
The conversion is simple. Connect a garden hose, and the slide lane runs cool water down for as long as you want it. The dry climbing and bouncing zones stay separated from the water, so children who do not want to get wet can still play the whole time rather than sitting out. A water source and a garden hose near the setup spot are the only extra things you supply for wet mode.
Footprint, surface and power
The castle measures 22 feet long by 20 feet wide by 16 feet tall. It is an outdoor only unit. Grass, concrete, and a deck or patio all work as surfaces, and grass is the preferred ground for wet mode because it handles the drainage coming off the slide lane. The team anchors with manufacturer recommended safety stakes, so the ground has to be something stakes will hold in. The blower runs the entire rental window to keep the unit pressurized, so position the castle around the outlet.
How many children at once
The rating on this unit is approximately 750 pounds total, which works out to five or six children inside the castle at one time. That is the number to plan rotations around rather than the size of your guest list, and size counts for more than age because the limit is weight. A party of thirty runs as groups taking turns.

The rental day, start to finish
The team arrives ahead of your start time, sets and anchors the unit, hooks up the blower, and walks the host through starting it, stopping it, and switching water mode on and off. The blower stays running through the window. At the end of the rental the team returns, drains the lane if wet mode was used, deflates, rolls and removes the inflatable. No cleaning work falls on your side, and the castle itself is deep cleaned and sanitized between bookings and inspected before it goes back out. Return condition is as is, so the castle is collected in whatever state the afternoon leaves it.
What you provide, and the rental terms
The host provides a flat setup space of about 15 to 20 feet with the footprint confirmed at booking, a standard 110V outlet within 50 feet of the unit, a route the delivery vehicle can use, and a water source and garden hose if a wet unit is booked. The standard rental period is 24 hours, and two day, three day and weekly ladders are published in the booking flow. Delivery covers Antioch, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek and the surrounding East Bay cities, with the fee calculated at checkout based on distance, and operating hours are 8am to 8pm seven days a week. A reschedule for inclement weather is free with 24 hours notice.
Anyone using the inflatable should remove shoes, eyeglasses and any sharp objects before entering, riders of equal size should ride together with adult supervision at all times, and manufacturer occupancy guidance is up to five or six children of equal size at one time inside a bounce house and one person at a time on a slide. Do not use the unit during rain, lightning or sustained wind, and contact the team to reschedule if weather turns. Please keep food, drinks, gum and face paint out of the bouncer. Damage caused by misuse outside these guidelines may be billed at repair cost.
