The standard rental period is 24 hours, and two day, three day and weekly ladders are published in the booking flow. Delivery covers Antioch, Pittsburg, Pleasant Hill, Concord, Walnut Creek and the surrounding East Bay cities, with the fee calculated at checkout based on distance, and operating hours are 8am to 8pm seven days a week. A reschedule for inclement weather is free with 24 hours notice.
Anyone using the inflatable should remove shoes, eyeglasses and any sharp objects before entering, riders of equal size should ride together with adult supervision at all times, and manufacturer occupancy guidance is up to five or six children of equal size at one time inside a bounce house and one person at a time on a slide. Do not use the unit during rain, lightning or sustained wind, and contact the team to reschedule if weather turns. Please keep food, drinks, gum and face paint out of the bouncer. Damage caused by misuse outside these guidelines may be billed at repair cost.
Only one of these units is in stock, so a Saturday in the season is worth locking in early. Seating, a generator or a speaker can ride along on the same booking, and among the party rentals and jumper rentals in the fleet this is one of the simpler decisions, because the unit does the work of two.
