The vendor sends the event organizer a complete digital package to run the activity. The organizer hides the provided clues, and teams use a web-based app on their own smartphones to play. The package includes:

  • Six (6) themed physical/digital clue packets to hide around your chosen venue.

  • Access to our proprietary web-based game app for all players (no download required).

  • A real-time leaderboard that tracks team progress, hints used, and penalties.

  • Automatic game management, including hint distribution and a final pop-up alert directing all players to a meeting point.

  • All puzzles and narrative content for the pirate treasure hunt theme.
