  • Load-in typically begins ninety minutes to two hours before guest arrival; the venue contact should be available at the agreed load-in window.
  • Music requests, must-play and do-not-play lists, and the timeline are confirmed in writing at least two weeks before the event date.
  • Overtime beyond the contracted hours is offered when scheduling allows and is billed at the published per-hour overtime rate.
  • Cancellations and reschedules follow the package cancellation policy; deposits secure the date and are non-refundable once the date is held.
  • The performance team requests a meal and a non-alcoholic beverage when the event runs longer than five hours.
