Logistics
We typically arrive 30 to 45 minutes before showtime for costume setup, music tech check with your DJ or AV team, and a brief lighting walk-through with your venue coordinator. We bring our own LED costumes, props, and rechargeable battery packs — all we need from the venue is one standard 110V outlet within 25 feet of the dressing area for any final charging. A clear performance area of approximately 12 by 12 feet works for most acts; larger spaces allow more dynamic choreography and multi-dancer formations.
Customization

Couples often request a custom mashup that begins with a slow classical number and builds into a high-energy Bollywood finale, or a baraat-style entrance that transitions seamlessly into the reception opening dance. We are based in Hayward, California, and routinely serve the entire San Francisco Bay Area including San Jose, Oakland, Fremont, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, and Palo Alto. For events beyond a 60-mile radius, travel logistics are confirmed in the thread before the booking is finalized.
