An hour each, hair and nothing else
Sixty minutes is the structured allowance per person, and it swallows the whole visit: talking the style through, prepping, working the look in, the detail, and clearing up afterward. The published allowance is sixty minutes for hair and a further sixty minutes where makeup is added, so a hair only booking is the shorter half of that. A groom who wants nothing on his skin books this, and it is the version that leaves the most slack in a tight morning.

Adding groomsmen, fathers and family
Extra people can be attached at the point of booking: groomsmen, fathers, close family. Each is quoted individually and confirmed before the wedding day. At roughly sixty minutes apiece the arithmetic is simple, and it needs doing early. A groom plus three groomsmen is four hours of chair time, and planning it that way in advance is what stops the last man being finished while the processional music starts.

Style follows his own texture, length and preference rather than being pushed toward a house cut: classic side parts, slicked back finishes, modern textured cuts, low fade refinements, natural volume, and across every texture from straight and wavy to curly and thick. The product logic is specific. Matte clays where the finish should stay natural, light pomades for classic shine, strong hold waxes for outdoor and summer weddings, finishing sprays where the day is long. A vineyard ceremony in August and an indoor one in January are not the same decision.
Timed against the bride and the first look
Booking captures ceremony time, first look time and the groom's getting ready address, and the wedding hair stylist arrives with enough margin to be done before the first look and the formal portraits. Where the bridal styling is booked at the same time, the bride is scheduled first and the groom slotted after her so both sides are ready together. Stylist and bridal team talk to each other on the day, so the couple is not running two appointments across two rooms.
Service area and the kit that arrives
Bay Area and Northern California. What comes through the door is a portable kit, reflectors and a clean styling station, which is what makes a hotel room with one lamp and a poor mirror workable. Weddings running over more than one date can be covered.
The travel kit left behind
At the close of the appointment the groom keeps a small travel kit of the product used on him, so he or one of the groomsmen can top the style up between the ceremony, the portraits and the reception. A light reapplication holds the look through the evening without booking anybody a second time. Where the day genuinely warrants a full pass, touch up service is available separately.
Reserving the date, agreeing the style
The studio writes the appointment into the wedding day schedule against the bride's prep, the photographer's plan and the venue's first look window. A consultation before the wedding, phone or in person, is booked as its own appointment and is the recommended way to settle the style, with a trial addable and photographs reviewed before sign off. The studio holds a cosmetology license and certified hair stylists, insures every on location appointment, keeps a substitute on the roster, and uses applicators once, sanitizes its brushes and discards tools after a single use. Wedding parties in the six to ten range are typical. The listing's primary service type is hair only; makeup is booked separately.
Booking terms for this appointment
The space should have access to a power outlet, a stable chair, and warm overhead light. Travel beyond a fifty mile radius is quoted as a separate add on at booking, and travel beyond the Bay Area is confirmed during booking. A booking deposit holds the calendar slot and the balance is due before service begins.
