This two-floor corporate event venue in San Francisco's SoMa district gives you 5,530 square feet across the second and third floors of a 1930s building, for up to 150 guests. You get high ceilings, natural light, a full kitchen, a fireplace, a 12-seat conference room and an outdoor patio.
The building sits in the middle of SoMa, surrounded by bars, restaurants and museums, and is less than a 10-minute walk from the Powell Street BART station. That makes it easy for teams arriving by transit from across the city, and leaves plenty of options for dinner or drinks after the event wraps.

The Space
The second floor is the main event room. It has an industrial-modern finish with exposed metal beams, polished concrete floors, copper pendant lights and tall industrial windows that fill the room with daylight. Modern sofas, a plush rug, an open kitchen with an island, potted greenery and an open staircase give it the feel of a well-designed loft rather than a hotel ballroom. A long reclaimed-wood table works as a boardroom setup, and a fireplace and atrium add warmth.
The third floor is smaller and quieter. It holds a conference room with a table for 12, extra sofa seating and direct access to an outdoor patio with wooden decking, wicker sofas and city skyline views. It works well as a breakout room, a leadership huddle space or a place for guests to step outside between sessions.
Layout and Capacity
Together the two floors hold up to 150 guests standing or around 100 seated. The main floor can be arranged in boardroom, cabaret, classroom, dining, theatre or U-shaped layouts, and movable seating and side tables make it simple to reset between a morning presentation and an afternoon workshop. The upper floor conference room seats 12.

Food and Drink

Events It Suits
As an event venue for rent with both a large room and a separate conference room, the space is a strong fit for team building events, offsites and planning days. You can run sessions downstairs and use the upstairs room for breakouts or conference room team building activities.
- Executive retreats and leadership offsites with breakout time on the patio
- Holiday parties and year-end gatherings held earlier in the evening
- Workshops, trainings, panels and all-hands meetings
- Anniversary and engagement celebrations with a daytime or early evening format
- Birthday gatherings for groups who want a bright, modern room
Planning Notes
Loud music is not allowed on the premises, and alcohol service ends at 8 pm. The rooms do not have soundproofing, and one past guest mentioned occasional noise from activity on the ground floor, so plan sessions that need quiet with that in mind. The space is wheelchair accessible with accessible restrooms.
Free on-street parking is available in the area, along with paid parking facilities nearby, and public transit is close by. Visitors describe the space as roomy and practical for team off-sites, with reliable presentation facilities. All quotes are customized before booking, and the venue team can discuss adding other floors of the building if your group needs more room.
To check availability, view dates on Events in Minutes and send an inquiry with your guest count, schedule and preferred layout. The venue team will follow up with a tailored quote and setup details.
