The Space
Daylight is the main feature. Big windows wash the room in natural light, and fitted blinds plus blackout and soundproof curtains let you dial it down for a projector, a moody shoot or a screening. The open floor leaves room for several camera positions, a circle of chairs for a workshop or a cleared area for dancing at an evening party.
A separate semi-private room sits alongside the main loft. Groups use it as a breakout room, a small boardroom, a quiet office, a dressing room for talent or a photo booth corner, which keeps the main space clear for the program.

Production and A/V Equipment
The studio was built with creators in mind. An installed greenscreen and a range of backdrops support chroma-key and backdrop-driven stills or motion work, and camera and photography equipment is on site. That makes it a practical base for video production, from on-camera interviews to small corporate video production days and brand or lifestyle photography.

Planning Notes
Free parking is available on site, with additional free street parking nearby, and the studio is reachable by public transportation. The space is wheelchair accessible with a lift to all floors. There is one full-size, gender-neutral restroom.
A few house rules keep things running smoothly. Smoking is not allowed. Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for any vendors they bring. Furniture is moved only by the host on request, and trash goes to the outdoor dumpster at the end of the booking. Promoted and ticketed events are not permitted, and there is a noise restriction after 10:00 pm, so plan louder parties for earlier in the evening.
