This third-floor industrial loft is a daylight-filled corporate event venue in San Francisco's Central Waterfront, east of Potrero Hill, hosting up to 130 guests standing or 95 seated. A glazed rooflight runs the full length of the room, elevator access serves the floor, and a private walk-out deck adds fresh air and city views.
The Space
The room is one open, rectangular floorplate with nothing interrupting it. Timber roof beams and exposed ducting sit above white walls and pale wood floors, giving a neutral, workmanlike backdrop that adapts to almost any decor. The design is stripped back on purpose, so florals, branding or long-table dinner settings carry the look rather than competing with it.

Light is the defining feature. A continuous glazed rooflight with motorized skylights brings steady overhead daylight across the whole floor, and expansive windows open onto views of the skyline and the Bay. Photos of the space also show a long white island with a backlit bottle display, a natural anchor for a bar or a buffet line.
Layout and Capacity
Plan for up to 130 people standing or 95 seated. Supported layouts include long-table dining, cabaret rounds, classroom, theater and standing receptions, and long banquet tables with mixed seating allow quick resets between parts of a day. A heavy curtain along one wall can divide the room, which helps when a morning session turns into an evening reception.
Because the floor is a clear rectangle with good sightlines, it works for focused presentations as well as dinners. It also comfortably exceeds a party venue for 100 guests when you want room to circulate. The building connects to additional floors, so larger programs can ask the venue team about breakout space elsewhere in the studios.

Planning Notes
This is a professionally run event venue with clear production rules, so plan ahead. Deliveries and loading run weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm and weekends from 10 am to 6 pm, scheduled with management in advance. Loading happens from the building driveway or a legitimate parking space, vehicles over 15 feet need permits, and the client supplies a load-in and load-out manager.
Amplified music must be sound tested with management first, with speakers placed as directed and raised off the floor, a ceiling of 85 decibels and 10 percent bass, and a 10 pm cutoff. Everyone, including vendors, must be out by 10:30 pm. Permits and a general liability certificate of insurance are due three weeks before the date, and any flame, including Sterno, needs a fire department permit.
The property is entirely nonsmoking. Paid parking is available on site and nearby. If any guests have mobility needs, confirm the route from the street to the elevator with the venue team. To check dates for this private event space, send an inquiry through Events in Minutes with your headcount, layout and timeline, and the team can walk you through the next steps.
