Space & amenities:

  • Clean, versatile interior with white walls and an open floor plan for flexible setups
  • Wood-like flooring — guests must remove shoes upon entry; indoor slippers are provided and must be returned after use
  • Renters bring all furniture, tables, chairs, decor, AV equipment, and food service independently
  • No cooking or open flames permitted; no smoking or drugs allowed on premises
  • No pets permitted in the venue

Booking requirements & fees: A security deposit is required to confirm reservations. If repair costs exceed the deposit amount, the renter is responsible for the full repair cost. Cleaning is included in certain hourly packages; otherwise a separate cleaning fee applies. Reservations are confirmed upon completion of the rental agreement and payment of the security deposit.

Renter responsibilities: All furniture, decorations, tables, chairs, audio/visual equipment, catering, and props must be brought and removed by the renter. The venue does not provide any AV equipment, catering, or decor. Shoes must be removed before entering the wood-like floor area. The venue is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
