The session begins with a guided demonstration covering essential techniques such as clay handling, shaping, and an overview of the drying, glazing, and firing process. Participants then design and hand-build their own unique clay animal sculpture, receiving personalized guidance on form, structure, and creative choices throughout the process.

Depending on the session, participants may also apply underglaze colors to add character and detail to their sculptures. All finished pieces are professionally fired and ready for pickup in approximately 3 weeks, serving as one-of-a-kind keepsakes from the team experience.

Working with clay naturally promotes mindfulness, stress relief, and focus, while the shared creative environment strengthens communication, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. The workshop is suitable for all skill levels, making it inclusive and approachable for every team member.
