  • Code of Conduct: We expect all hosts, guests, and outside vendors to treat our staff, the historic space, and other patrons with respect. Disrespectful, abusive, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Decorations & Signage: To preserve our historic oak barrels and walls, no decorations may be taped, nailed, stapled, or pinned to any venue surface. Glitter, confetti, and open-flame candles are strictly prohibited.

  • Capacity Limits: For safety compliance, guest counts must not exceed the maximum room capacity of 100 people.

  • Setup & Teardown Time: Access to the space is limited to the contracted hours. All setup and vendor load-in must happen within the agreed-upon timeframe, and all personal belongings must be removed immediately following the event.

  • Damages & Liability: The event host assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused to the venue, barrels, furniture, or equipment by their guests or hired vendors.
