House Rules

  • Booking requires a signed agreement and a 50% deposit to reserve the date. Reservations are first-come, first-served.
  • Final balance is due no later than one month prior to the event date.
  • One event per day per on-site DJ and MC, so the team can focus on a single Bay Area wedding or corporate event.
  • A pre-event consultation is included so the couple can confirm playlists, the do-not-play list, MC pronunciations, and the run-of-show.
  • The Music Planning Dashboard is the source of truth for timeline, song selections, and ban-song requests. Any track on the do-not-play list will not be played during the event.
  • Indoor and outdoor weddings are supported. The venue or planner is asked to provide a stable, weatherproof staging area, access to standard 110V power within 50 feet of the booth, and a 6 foot table for the booth when one is not already on site.
  • Setup typically requires 60 to 90 minutes before guest arrival. Strike and load-out happens immediately after the contracted end time.
  • Liability insurance is carried for all events and a certificate of insurance can be provided to the venue on request.
  • Backup sound equipment is on-site at every wedding at no additional charge.
  • Travel inside the standard San Francisco Bay Area service zone is included. Out-of-zone travel to Sacramento, the Sierra Nevada, or destination dates is quoted separately.
  • Photo booth, uplighting, gobo monograms, live music, and additional hours are available as add-ons and should be confirmed in writing before the event date.
