The bar arrives as a custom-built, owner-built mobile bar dressed for the full visual moment a one-hundred-guest reception calls for.
The Aura tier follows the same host-supplied alcohol model as the smaller tiers. The bar team supplies coolers, mixers, citrus and cherry garnishes, juices and sodas, ice, drinkware including straws, fresh flowers for bar styling, custom branded napkins printed to match the wedding, and a custom bar menu display board listing up to three signature cocktails plus the broader drink menu. Hosts receive a written quantity-based shopping list ahead of the event so the alcohol budget is mapped to one hundred guests, the four-hour service window, and the specific signature drink program. Custom napkins must be booked at least two months ahead so the print production runs cleanly into the event timeline.
