In this interactive workshop, participants learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, guided step by step by Chef Teena. Teams mix and knead dough, shape and cut pasta by hand, and learn essential techniques such as proper dough texture, rolling methods, and flavor balancing. Once the pasta is made, the group prepares a sauce to pair with it and enjoy together as a complete meal.

Participants can choose from three sauce options—pesto, Alfredo, or classic red sauce. Please note: the selected sauce option must be confirmed at least 3 days in advance to ensure proper preparation and ingredients.

The experience naturally encourages collaboration as participants divide tasks, coordinate timing, and support one another throughout the cooking process.
