Venue Rules

  • Booking is based on availability especially M-F so early booking is recommended but not required. Same day bookings must be received at least 3hours prior to the requested time. This will give us time to respond and prepare the space for you! M-F maximum booking is for 8 consecutive hours Sat & Sun no restrictions No smoking No music
  • Furniture cannot be moved
  • Please wash any used dishes after yourself and leave them in the drying rack
  • All trash needs to be thrown in the trash bin. All reservations include 15 minutes set up and teardown time. If thats not enough then include the extra time in your booking request. Please don't arrive more than 15-minutes before your booked time, if you arrive much earlier or leave much later than your time window we will request an overtime charge at 1.5x the hourly rate

Parking

  • Free parking for you and your guests on the property. If the lot is full there is street parking next to the building which is also free with no time limits.

Cleaning

  • We will clean the room a few hours prior to use. We offer sanitizing stations throughout the office.
