The Space

Well equipped and very quiet content studio with VIP green room, steamer, wardrobe rack, kitchen, gear closet, parking and 2 private bathrooms. Great for photo and/or video shoots and livestreaming, meetings and/or events. We have a variety of 12' rolls of seamless (including green screen) and other backdrops available as well as lighting and camera equipment. It's great for portraits, product shots, video interviews and more.

Location and Transportation

Located in Sausalito's Sausalito, this venue is accessible to guests from across the Bay Area. We have 5 parking spots in front of the studio and there's plenty more parking beyond that. We can accommodate grip trucks, motorhomes, crew, talent, etc... Rideshare drop-off is convenient for guests arriving from across the region. Guests traveling from the East Bay, South Bay, or Peninsula find Sausalito centrally accessible.
