Load-in typically begins ninety minutes to two hours before guest arrival, and the venue contact should be available at the agreed load-in window. Music requests, must-play and do-not-play lists, and the timeline are confirmed in writing at least two weeks before the event date. Overtime beyond the contracted hours is offered when scheduling allows and is billed at the published per-hour overtime rate. The performance team requests a meal and a non-alcoholic beverage when the event runs longer than five hours.
