The four-hour Energy tier is sized for up to seventy-five guests with a two-bartender staffing model and a custom signature cocktail program of up to three drinks. The bar arrives as a custom-built, owner-built mobile bar dressed with fresh flowers and styled to integrate with the wedding palette, the season, and the broader celebration aesthetic.
The Energy tier follows the same host-supplied alcohol model as the Vibe tier, with the bar team providing coolers, mixers, citrus and cherry garnishes, juices and sodas, ice, drinkware in nine-ounce clear plastic ware and six-ounce plastic martini ware, straws, cocktail napkins, fresh flowers for bar styling, and a custom bar menu display board listing up to three signature cocktails plus the broader drink menu. Hosts receive a written quantity-based shopping list ahead of the event so the alcohol budget is mapped to seventy-five guests, the four-hour service window, and the specific signature drink program. This BYO approach keeps the beverage line item under host control at retail pricing while the bar still delivers a fully designed cocktail experience.
This bar service integrates with planners, caterers, photographers, florists, and venue coordinators across Bay Area venues, vineyard estates, banquet halls, hotel ballrooms, garden ceremonies, rustic ranches, and private homes. The two-bartender staffing model keeps service lines short during peak moments and supports the higher pour density of a signature cocktail program. The team arrives ninety minutes early to set up the bar, stage the menu display, install fresh flowers, prep drinkware, and ready the ice station so the bar opens cleanly for cocktail hour. The four-hour service window covers cocktail hour, dinner-service drink refreshes, the toast moment, and the reception dancing window.
The signature cocktail program is the defining feature of the Energy tier. Up to three custom signature drinks are designed in consultation with the host and can be themed around a couple's story, a family recipe, a seasonal flavor, the wedding palette, or a destination preference. The custom bar menu display board lists the signature drinks alongside the broader menu so guests can place orders confidently. Mocktails, zero-proof options, and low-ABV drinks are included on every Energy-tier menu so designated drivers, religious observers, sober-curious guests, expectant attendees, and elders are fully included in the toast moment. The bartender team is RBS-certified for responsible beverage service.

The owner-operated planning approach gives hosts a direct relationship through booking, signature cocktail design, shopping-list review, on-site setup, and post-event breakdown.
