What Is Included
Two cold sparkler machines positioned by a trained operator at the moment you want the effect. Setup and breakdown of the equipment at the venue. A dedicated operator on the wedding day who triggers the sparklers on cue and remains on-site to ensure safe operation. Commercial-grade cold spark cartridges sized for indoor use. Coordination with the wedding planner, photographer, and DJ so the sparkler timing aligns with the photographer's setup and the music cue.
How Cold Sparklers Differ From Traditional Sparklers
Traditional handheld sparklers emit a small flame, real heat, and smoke - they are typically restricted to outdoor send-offs and are forbidden by most indoor venue contracts and most fire marshals. Cold sparklers use a granulated metallic powder that combusts at a much lower temperature - the spark falling from the machine is cool enough to touch without burning, emits no real flame, and creates almost no smoke. The result is the same cascading sparkler effect but indoor-safe at venues that have approved the equipment.
When the Effect Lands most effective
A frequent use is the first dance - two cold sparkler machines positioned on either side of the dance floor, triggered simultaneously when the couple step into the spotlight for the opening seconds of the song. Venue Approval Required
Cold sparklers are indoor-safe but most venues require advance written approval before allowing them on site. Please confirm with your wedding venue at least four weeks before the wedding date that cold sparklers are permitted. Once a date is held, a signed agreement and deposit secure the booking. A planning questionnaire follows so any specific song requests, music genres, monogram designs, color preferences, or cultural touches are correct on the day.
Cancellation + Date Changes
One date change is accommodated subject to availability without an additional fee; subsequent moves carry an administrative fee. Cancellations within thirty days of the event forfeit the booked amount. Bookings are confirmed by signed agreement and deposit.
