The studio is based at 1068 The Alameda in San Jose with regular coverage across the South Bay (San Jose, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, Saratoga), the Peninsula (San Mateo, Half Moon Bay, Burlingame, Redwood City), and into San Francisco. Corporate work travels further when the booking includes drive time. Travel within roughly fifty miles of San Jose is standard.

Booking and Cancellation
The base rate is $175 per hour for up to 50 guests. Guest-count add-ons: +$50 per hour for events with 51 to 100 guests, +$100 per hour for events with over 100 guests. Events cannot be scheduled less than seven days before the event date. Cancellations follow the standard EIM photography schedule.

How are guest counts confirmed? The guest count is confirmed at booking based on the host's headcount estimate. If the actual count crosses a tier threshold on the event day, the surcharge is billed after the fact.
