The Space

About the Space: The studio is a creative community space, located in a large historic industrial warehouse with tons of natural light, white walls, and beautiful 13' windows that look towards the Bay. The space available for rent is a 250 square/ft room with white walls and incredible natural light. Please note there's another separate room in the studio for creatives who work in letterpress and bindery. The space for rent is the natural light studio in the photos.

Mon-Fri mornings, it's a busy for the businesses in the area so there's less parking available. After lunch, there's a lot of street parking. On the weekends, there's a lot of parking available.
