  • Alcohol is allowed only with prior approval and in accordance with community policies and local laws. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the clubhouse. Setup & Cleanup
  • Renters are responsible for setup, takedown, and full cleanup of the space. The clubhouse must be left in the same condition it was found. Deposit & Fees

Cleaning

  • We would appreciate it if you put the space back in a similar condition to how you found it at checkin. We'll hire professional cleaners to do the floors, bathroom, etc., but please put the furniture back prior to departure. We would love to learn of damage as soon as possible so that repairs can be made before the next guest arrives.
