All rental times must include setup and teardown, and all load-ins and load-outs must take place within the designated timeframe agreed upon in advance. Guests are responsible for handling any items brought into the venue. Smoking is not permitted on the premises
  • The cleaning service does not include garbage removal,please ensure all waste generated during production is hauled out. No confetti, glitter, adhesives, or other decorations that may damage the flooring. All decorations must be cleared with the host before the event
  • Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis. Please adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience in the space
