  • After 8pm you must use our sound and lighting equipment only
  • Our staff are all unpaid volunteers. Renters are responsible for moving furniture and resetting the space back to how it was found
  • All trash and recycling taken out to dumpsters, any furniture or equipment used is returned to its original location. A quick sweep of the floor of any debris. If you hire our staff for your rental, our staff can help with these tasks
  • We are generally open to special requests and accommodations, but must be made in advance. Proactive communication is critical! The sooner you ask, the more likely we are to say yes
  • Absolutely No Fire or Smoking in the room or anywhere inside the building
  • Please send us specific details about your booking if there will be any type of mess (e.g. paint, oil, food), outside catering is allowed
  • Minors must be accompanied by an adult
