Unique, private space, stand alone building with great sunlight and useful for almost any workout and has doors to break the space into two rooms if needed. Used primarily as a personal training studio, the space is well equipped and well decorated. Very clean machines, weights and utilities plus open space with both turf and open rubber matted areas.
