  • The studio must be returned to the condition it was when entered. That means all trash and recycling taken out and any furniture or equipment used is returned to its original location. A quick sweep of the dance floor of any debris. If you hire our staff for your rental, our staff can help with these items. We are generally open to special requests and accommodations, but must be made in advance. Proactive communication is KEY! The earlier you ask, the more likely we are to say yes and be able to help. - Absolutely No Fire or Smoking in the studio or anywhere inside the building
  • - Common sense attitude and respect for use of space. Ask first. We will probably say yes
  • - Please send us specific details about your booking if there will be any type of mess (e.g. paint, oil, food) Any event with more than 15 people requires our staff on hand at a rate of $25 per hour

  • Private parking lot is included with the building that has 24 parking stalls. Additional street parking is available.

Cleaning

  • Daily in-depth professional cleaning and additional cleaning between each booking. We clean all high-touch surfaces regularly and encourage all guests to use PPE supplies as needed during their rental. We have staff who are immune compromised and appreciate everyone's collective efforts to enhance safety and limit COVID-19.
