  • Please let us know if your activity involves dancing or large movement with street shoes (especially tennis shoes with black soles). We have a faux wood linoleum surface that can be rolled out to protect the marley flooring. Walking around with street shoes on is generally not a problem though. Thank you!
  • Mirrors are glassless on rolling stands. Please let us know if you would like to use the mirrors for your activity. These mirrors can be easily punctured and damaged. Renter takes full responsibility for damages
  • No smoking

  • Street parking is fairly good in this area of San Francisco. There is usually plenty of street parking available on the other side of Alemany, in the residential area of Mission Terrace.

  • Our 2700 square foot space is thouroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use.
