  • No smoking. Food is allowed as long as you clean up and don't make a mess. If you fill the trash can, please take the bag to the dumpster in the alley on your way out. Please leave the space in the same way that you found it. Do not drag furniture or plant pots on the ground (they will scratch the floor); lift or use the available furniture leg dollys. Don't attach anything to the walls. Please be mindful of our studio neighbors and don't be too loud or blast music

  • There is a parking lot next to the building with paid parking. There is also plenty of metered street parking in front. Parking is free on weekdays after 6pm and all day on weekends.

Cleaning

  • There are cleaning supplies and a vacuum available so you can clean up after yourself and leave the space how you found it.
