Who This Package Is Built For
The right package for full-day weddings with the traditional flow, preparation, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, toasts, dance floor, where the couple wants both wedding video and wedding photography from one coordinated team. The parallel two-and-two crew configuration is built for guest counts above approximately one hundred and for multi-location days, with redundancy if one camera or angle misses a moment.
A Couture Wedding Film Philosophy
The work is a couture, story-first approach to wedding videography. Each wedding film is built around the moments that actually define the day, the look between partners during the first dance, the laughs that break out during a toast, the quiet seconds before the ceremony, then bracketed with intentional shots of the venue, the details, and the people the couple loves. Highlight short films, longer feature films, and full ceremony coverage are produced from the same shoot.
A Studio Team, Not a One-Person Show
The studio runs as a true team of more than eleven creatives, photographers, videographers, drone operators, and editors who work together every weekend across the wedding season. Every booking is paired with a production coordinator who keeps the day on time, a certified editor who color-grades every frame in post, and a documented workflow that has kept the calendar moving for years. Two-camera or four-camera coverage with multiple operators means no critical moment is captured from only one angle.
Five-Star Reviewed and Industry-Recognized
The studio holds five-star reviews across the wedding marketplace, with a 5.0 rating on the regional wedding planning platform and a 5.0 rating on the public wedding marketplace, plus recognition as a Top 10 Wedding Videographer by an industry editorial. Reviewers consistently call out the responsiveness leading up to the wedding, the flexibility around timeline changes, and a finished product that captures both the planned moments and the candid ones in equal measure.
Service Area: Northern California with No Travel Fees
Coverage includes the entire San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the surrounding region, Napa and Sonoma wine country, and the rest of Northern California with no travel fees inside that home service area. The studio is comfortable across venue types, from vineyards and outdoor estates to historic hotels and modern ballrooms.
Booking, Deposit, and What Happens After You Book
Booking opens with a simple deposit of one third of the package total, with the balance due one month before the wedding date. There are no rescheduling fees. Peak Saturdays in late spring and early fall fill quickly, so reserving the date as soon as the venue is confirmed is recommended. Once the booking is in place the team coordinates the timeline, must-have shots, family formals list, and any special moments the couple wants protected.
