It provides up to three 2-hour group VR sessions for up to 18 total guests, ideal for birthday parties, corporate team-building, and social gatherings. The package includes cold water for all participants and allows outside food and drinks.

This is our premier virtual reality group event package, designed for large parties and corporate groups seeking an immersive and shared entertainment experience in San Ramon.
Event Session Details & Structure
Session Length: The bundle is built around a 2-hour total event duration.
This time is divided into up to three separate group sessions. Please note that the total number of games completed cannot be guaranteed due to operational factors like guest arrival time, the need to repeat safety and gameplay instructions, participant breaks, or time spent eating.
Concurrent Capacity: Each session accommodates 6 players at one time in a single dedicated VR room. This setup ensures an interactive, shared experience for each group.
Total Guest Capacity & Inclusions
This package is structured to serve up to 18 guests in total across its rotating sessions.
Every package includes the following for the entire group:
18 cold water bottles (one per guest).
Access to our state-of-the-art VR equipment and multiplayer game library.
A dedicated event host to facilitate sessions and ensure smooth operation.
Food, Drink, & Venue Policies
Food and drinks are welcome! We encourage groups to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages to personalize their celebration.
For your convenience, we offer a $50 clean-up fee service. This fee covers all post-event trash disposal and cleaning related to food and drinks, so your group can focus on enjoying the event.
If you wish to include alcohol at your event, please contact us in advance. We will inform you of all specific requirements and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant event.
