Rules

• No smoking inside vehicles or indoor venues
• No consumption of alcohol by guests under 21
• Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved in advance
• Music volume must comply with venue/local regulations
• Guest behavior must remain respectful toward staff and property
• Any damage to vehicles, venues, or rented equipment may incur additional charges
• Overtime beyond booked hours is billed based on provider’s hourly rate
• Final guest count must be confirmed at least 48 hours before the event
• External vendors (food, drinks, performers, etc.) must be approved in advance
• Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at all times
• Guests must follow safety instructions provided by staff, chauffeurs, or facilitators
• Event must start and end within the scheduled window unless extended and approved
• Parking, tolls, or entry fees (where applicable) may be billed separately
• Clean-up services beyond normal usage may result in an additional cleaning fee
• Provider reserves the right to end the event early if guests violate safety or conduct rules

Moderate Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window: Full refund for cancellations made up to 14 days before the event date.
Partial Refund: 50% refund for cancellations made 7-13 days before the event.
No Refund: No refund for cancellations made within 6 days of the event.
