  • We recommend the Host and guests arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.

The event will commence no later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time, to ensure the 1.5-hour service window is respected. Our chef will arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the event. In the event of a delay, the Host will be notified promptly.

  • Host Responsibilities

The Host must ensure the event location is suitable for outdoor cooking or provide appropriate indoor accommodations, complying with local fire safety regulations.

The Host agrees to provide access to the event location at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. If inclement weather is expected, the Host must provide adequate cover (e.g., tent, patio) for the chef to perform the services safely.

  • Go Hibachi, its agents, employees, and representatives will not be liable for any property damage or personal injury that occurs during or after the event. This includes damage to real or personal property on the premises where the event is held. By signing this agreement, the Host agrees to waive any claims for property loss or damage resulting from the event.
