How the Experience Works

The program runs 90–120 minutes and is expertly hosted and facilitated to keep energy high and participation strong.

Team Formation & Kick-Off

• Dynamic icebreakers get everyone energized and organized

• Teams are capped at 6–8 participants to ensure maximum engagement

• For large groups (80+), a streamlined wristband method keeps everything moving smoothly
