The ceremony system that does not need a power drop
The ceremony sound in this tier runs on battery. That single specification is what makes the package work at the sites people on the Central Coast actually get married at: a beach, a bluff, a lawn a long walk from the nearest outlet, a vineyard row. A silent battery rig removes the cable, the fan noise and the hum from the quietest part of the day, which is the part where the vows are being spoken at conversational volume against wind and surf. The ceremony sound is specified as its own untethered system rather than borrowed from the reception rig, because an outdoor processional has no walls to reflect sound back to seated guests.
Ceremony audio recorded and kept
This tier records the ceremony audio and delivers it after the event for archival. Video coverage of a ceremony is usually shot from a distance, and the audio a camera captures from the back of an aisle is not the audio a couple wants to hear again. A separate recording taken from the ceremony system itself captures the vows, the readings and the parental remarks as the guests heard them, which is exactly the material videographers sometimes miss. Couples who did not book video at all still end up with the spoken part of the day.
Eight fixtures of architectural uplighting
Uplighting here is an eight fixture LED wash, double the count in the tier below, rather than a token pair of lights by the door. Fixture count is the whole story: the wash reads as architecture only when there are enough units to hit the room's columns, alcoves, drapes and corners at even spacing. Too few and you get bright patches with dark gaps between them. Eight fixtures is enough to trace the perimeter of a typical reception room or to pick out the structure of a tent, and to change the color of a room that was beige at load in. The mirror ball over the dance set
The mirror ball comes on a stand and does something no modern fixture does. It scatters small reflections across the walls, the ceiling and the faces of everyone standing under it. The effect is soft, it moves slowly, and it makes a dance floor look full in photographs even when it is only half full.
The sound system carrying the reception
The reception runs on the upgraded full range PA with subwoofers and wireless remote speakers, the top specification on the equipment list, which lets sound reach a long room or a second area without cable runs through the guest path. The format is open, covering top forty and pop, hip hop and R and B, and rock, built from the request list rather than a fixed set. Both indoor and outdoor receptions are supported, and the same rig covers private parties, corporate dj work and club style sets.
Hours, guest counts and overtime
The booking covers five hours of continuous coverage, with overtime available at the published rate if the reception runs long. The booking panel lists a range of thirty to three hundred guests while the description text states support from seventeen, so confirm a smaller headcount before booking. The equipment list is shared in advance so your venue can approve the load in before the week of the wedding, which matters at estates and clubs that gate vendor access.
Holding the date
A contract is required. A deposit of fifty percent secures the date, and the balance is due before the event. Saturdays from May through November go first on the calendar, so check your date early. If your ceremony site has power, walls and no wind, and you do not need the recording or the mirror ball, the tier below this one covers the same day on a smaller rig.
