How the eight hours run

The team arrives early to set up three sound zones, the lighting rig, the photo booth, and the dancing on clouds rig before guests arrive. Ceremony audio is checked with the officiant before guests are seated. Cocktail hour rolls into reception with a coordinated handoff. The first dance gets cold sparks and low fog if the venue allows them, and the dance set is tracked by moving spotlights through the night.
