How the eight hours run
The team arrives early to set up three sound zones, the lighting rig, the photo booth, and the dancing on clouds rig before guests arrive. Ceremony audio is checked with the officiant before guests are seated. Cocktail hour rolls into reception with a coordinated handoff. The first dance gets cold sparks and low fog if the venue allows them, and the dance set is tracked by moving spotlights through the night.
Music range
Taj covers a wide library and tailors the night to the couple. Common genres include Top 40, Pop, Hip Hop, R and B, Classic Rock, Country, Latin, House, Dance, Disco, Oldies, and crossover for bilingual or multicultural weddings. Custom playlists are part of every booking, with separate sections for ceremony processional and recessional, cocktails, entrances, dinner, and the dance set.
Photo booth and content creation
The digital photo booth is set up in a corner with backdrop, prop options, and a digital gallery so guests can grab their photos via QR code or text message after the event. Content creation covers short vertical clips of the dance floor, key moments, and decor for social media after the wedding.
Cold sparks and dancing on clouds
Cold sparks fire from indoor safe machines that produce a tall fountain of sparks at low temperature, ideal for grand entrance, first dance, or a planned last dance moment. Dancing on clouds runs heavier than air fog along the dance floor for the first dance, creating a low cloud effect for photos. Both effects need venue approval and are coordinated with the venue team in advance.
