Music that fits your crowd
Song selection is largely up to you as the client, and the band will learn two or three new songs at no extra charge, which is handy for a first dance or a family favorite. A note on DJ service
This Essential package is band only and does not include a live DJ. If you want a DJ for transitions between sets or a full standalone DJ set, the Foundation package adds one for $7,300 in total. Higher tiers add a live saxophonist, and then a full horn section with sax, trumpet and trombone, for hosts who want a bigger, brassier sound.
Setup and presentation
The band is fully set up and ready before any guests arrive, so the room is ready the moment your cocktail hour begins. Stage attire is black-tie compliant. The vendor is fully insured, which many venues ask for, and can also help with extras such as uplighting and photo booths if you want to keep more of your entertainment with one team.
Pricing
The Essential package is $6,000 for your event. This price covers one event on a single day. The vendor has not published how many hours it includes, so the exact time is confirmed in your quote before you book. The vendor states that no sales tax is charged, so the package price is what you pay.
Ceremony music and extras
Ceremony music is a specialty, and ceremony pricing starts at $450. The listed services include ceremony microphones and sound, a master of ceremonies, music during breaks, uplighting and support for multiple locations, which helps when your ceremony and reception happen in different parts of a venue. More than receptions
Beyond the main reception, the band plays cocktail hours, welcome parties, engagement parties, wedding showers, farewell brunches and after parties. Sound systems are available for audiences under 300 and above 300, so the same team can scale up if your guest list grows. Mention any extra events when you inquire so they can be quoted together.
Travel
The band is based in Southern California and performs nationwide. A travel fee applies to events outside the San Diego, Los Angeles and Palm Springs areas. When travel applies, the vendor provides a customized quote upfront, so you know the full cost of bringing the band to your venue before you commit to the booking.
