Events in Minutes is a nationwide event-planning marketplace. We bring venues, catering, entertainment, and the other services an event needs into one place, so companies and individuals across the United States can discover, compare, and book trusted vendors without weeks of separate emails and quotes. The idea is simple: planning an event should feel less like managing a project and more like making a few clear choices.

We list real packages with clear, upfront pricing, review every vendor before they go live, and let you add several services to one cart and check out together. From a team offsite in San Francisco to a wedding in Austin, the goal is to give hosts across the country a faster, clearer path from idea to a booked event.

Why we started

Events in Minutes was founded in 2023 by Dr. Hojr George Pisheh, a former Google product manager who serves as CEO, and Kevin Edraki, the company's CTO. The company grew out of a problem the founders watched up close. A family member, an artist who runs an event decoration and floral business, spent most of her energy not on her craft but on the work around it: marketing, chasing leads, sending quotes, answering the same questions, and coordinating logistics. Talented vendors were losing time to busywork, and the people trying to hire them faced the mirror image of that problem, calling venue after venue, comparing quotes in spreadsheets, and hoping the pieces would line up on the day.

We built Events in Minutes to fix both sides of that experience. Vendors get discovery, booking, and logistics handled so they can focus on the work they do best. Hosts get a single place to find quality vendors, see real pricing, and book with confidence. One marketplace, two problems solved at once.

Events in Minutes is a quality-first marketplace that connects event hosts with screened vendors across 20+ service categories. Those categories include venues, experiences and team building, catering, photography and videography, DJs and bands, bar services, florists and decor, rentals, AV and tech, planners, transportation, and more. Instead of a directory of names to call, each listing is a real package with pricing, inclusions, and reviews, so you can compare like for like.

You can book a single service, a wedding venue or a team building activity on its own, or add several to one cart, a venue plus catering plus a photographer, and check out together in a single booking. Every vendor stays in one place, you message them all from a single dashboard, and your whole event lands on one combined price. The full price is shown before you book, whether it is per person, per hour, or per package, with the service fee made clear at checkout and no hidden fees.
